    I work out regularly and eat healthy. I had been struggling to get a six pack for 3 years but could not succeed.     I loved the concepts in this book, and it shaped my thought process about life. It has impacted differently. I have been addicted to junk food and soda, and it was painful for me to quit it. Not only was I able to change the association of pain and pleasure with food, but I also lost 25 lbs by just following the healthy diet plan and without any exercise. The mechanics of the cycle of fulfillment helped me to become super focused. I am “in the moment” for a longer duration of the time and very productive. The change is so visible that people around me have noticed that.
